30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Any items or accessories that came with the product must also be returned.

  • Your return must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Perishable goods

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to misuse or are missing parts.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at to request a return authorization.

  2. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item.

  3. Pack your item securely and include the return authorization information inside the package.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

  • If your return is rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation.
